Finding something that all 3 of my kids like is very rare, but with this dip I have hit the jackpot! It works well in lunch boxes with crackers and vegetable sticks. It is a quick and easy dish to make in the Thermomix for a party and when I make this dip for others, I always get asked for the recipe! If you can handle high salicylates, it’s divine with fresh coriander in it too.
2 cloves garlic
Small handful of parsley and chives
1 pear (tinned or fresh)
250g block of Philadelphia cheese
10g Pear Ketchup or Chilli Pear Ketchup,
Salt to taste
Chop garlic and herbs in Thermomix on speed 5 for 10 sec. Add pear and chop on speed 5 for 4 sec. Add remaining ingredients and mix on speed 4 for 20 sec. Scrape down sides and mix for another 10 sec. Serve in a small bowl with crackers or veggie sticks.
Excuse me.
I wanna get this lunch box in the picture below.
I was wondering if you could know me about this lunch box.
Regards.
I bought these snack boxes from “Trade Secrets”. 🙂
I thank you so much!
Trade Secrets? Is that code for ‘I’m not telling you’? LOL
I searched for this but no luck in finding them yet.
Hi Regina, Lol, no I am not that cruel 😉 Trade secrets is a dept store. Here is the link to find your closest store: http://www.tradesecret.com.au/
I believe Howards Storage World is now stocking these containers also.
I love this recipe! I want to ask what crackers you use, they look like Ritz but those aren’t FS, cheers
Glad you like it! The crackers are Jatz.
