Thermomix White Chocolate Cookies

I must admit, I have a terrible sweet tooth! Fortunately that carries on to only one of my three kids. But this is another favourite of all of us. This is definitely a sweet treat, great for parties, special occasions or just when you want to spoil someone! I can not remember where I found this lovely recipe.

Makes approx 36 cookies.

250 g Nestle White Chocolate melts (roughly grated in TM)
70 g Sugar
150 g butter / nuttelex
250 g Self-Raising Flour
1 can Condensed Milk

  • Pre-heat oven to 160˚C.
  •  Grate white choc in TM speed 5 for 5 seconds, or until desired texture. Set aside.
  • Place white sugar in the bowl and mill for 10 sec on speed 9.
  • Place butterfly into TM bowl and then add butter to the sugar.  Cream together at Speed 4 for 2 minutes (or until mixture looks fluffy). Remove butterfly.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix together on Reverse for 40 seconds on Speed 3, scrapping down after 20 seconds.
  • Roll spoonful’s of dough onto lined baking tray allowing room for them to spread, and cook in pre-heated oven for 15 – 20 minutes.

  1. I have made these in my blender/food processor but they are very hard to roll they are very sticky any suggestions?

    • Hi Renee, I have not tried making these in a blender or food processor so I am not sure how it would affect the texture. If you use moist fingers it can be easier to work with and stop the mixture from sticking too much. Otherwise you could just use a spoon and place the mixture straight onto your tray.

  2. Mine were sticky also and actually blocked up the thermomix so had to mix by hand 🙁 Taste good though

  3. These are great I’ve baked them a couple of times now. Yes they are sticky but kind of remind me of Subway cookies.
